Just play around. To change the opening hours you should change the structure which starts in the following line: src/app/method-step/opening-hours-checked.service.ts:20 (fakeOpeningSchedule variable).

Currently the opening hours are hardcoded because the backend endpoint isn't ready. New ticket to integrate this endpoint: https://issues.mobbeel.com/browse/LEBV-55
