[LEBV-342] Agent camera change

Now the agent can change the user's camera

Complete an activation process, you will need to have several cameras plugged in.
During the call, try to change the camera in the agent and customer part. Both selects should be synced and the video image should change accordingly.
Please, test that the videoconference works correctly because some of their parts has been rewritten.
