[LEBV-303] Fix date validation

🎯 Summary

Now in the dates field only the format DD/MM/YYYY should be allowed

🧪 How to test

  • Test that the date '01/01/1981' works
  • Test that you get an error when '01.01.1981' is introduced
  • That that you get an error when '01/01/81' is introduced
