[LEBV-266] Fix videoconference on Firefox

🎯 Summary

For some reason Firefox does not resolve the Twilio startup until the user interacts in some way with the browser, so a button is shown to force that interaction-

I know that this is really dirty but is the only workaround that I could figure out.

🧪 How to test

Try the videoconference using Firefox. Also, try it again in Chrome or Safari, the button should not appear
