[LEBV-233] Finetune some fields

🎯 Summary

This ticket solves some issues:

  1. ICCID and PUK fields now use the type number.
  2. Disables autocompletion on "Document number" field.

🧪 How to test

  1. Only can be tested with an smartphone, but I'm confident that it will work.
  2. Check if the field autocompletes.

🧠 Considerations

I've also researched about why when a German ID is scanned, its document number is not usually correctly. It seem to be a MobbScan problem, I could confirm that the front shows any value returned by MobbScan. If this field appears empty it is because it is being returned with a null value.
