[LEBV-105] Add document number to personal step
🎯 Summary
Adds scanned document number in the customer onboarding process.
🧪 How to test
- Scan a document and check that the document number now appears. It behaves exact as other scanned data (i.e. first name).
- Complete an activation process and check that the submitted document number value appears in agent's review panel.
