[LEBV-6] Responsive design + Experian checks + Scan results tests
🎯 Summary
This MR includes three things:
- LEBV-16: Check that the document is not expired and its owner has more than 16 years old.
- LEBV-42: Experian integration (it should be removed)

🧪 How to test
- LEBV-16: I don't how to test it since an expired ID is required. Just check that document scanning is not being broken.
- LEBV-42: Ignore everything
- LEBV-6: Check all screens in different widths.
